The space benefits from large, west-facing window frames which are custom-made replicas of the original 70s windows that the building had originally. L4 has authentic interiors from designers such as Martin Visser, Geoffrey Harcourt and Michel Ducaroy.

L4 is connected to L3 through a small internal corridor.

An open space apartment on the first floor. The original, concrete structure blends with a green terrazzo floor, while the interiors is a mix of 70s style furniture with Scandinavian details. The space has access to a private veranda.

A bright, open space, fully equipped loft apartment on the second floor. The apartment has a minimal, simplistic feel with raw exposed concrete, steel and terracotta and shades of grey, black and white. It benefits from east-facing windows and views to industrial Athens.
