Payments Policy

The booking is secured only after full payment is made upon acceptance of the offer.

Cancelation Policy

Deposits are fully refunded if cancellation occurs 40 days or more before arrival.
Cancellations made less than 40 days prior will result in no refund.

Event and Production Policy

Please note that the rates for our spaces are strictly for overnight stays only. Hosting events, parties, photoshoots, or any production activities is not permitted unless arranged in advance, and these activities will incur different rates. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the tranquility and integrity of our spaces.
